Aura of magic pervades the Congress!
Spring seems to have instilled an air of energy in the 2,000 delegates attending the Congress! Indeed, after a fruitful first day of presentations, discussions and deliberations, a palpable dynamism and sense of purpose have settled over Montréal’s Palais des congrès. Following inspiring presentations by Riccardo Petrella, Adriana Puiggrós, Peter Cole and Pat O’Reilly, the delegates have been quick to roll up their sleeves and get down to business!
Today will bring still more enriching presentations, discussion and reflection, as well as a wealth of vibrant and informative exchanges in the political and NGO forums. Delegates will have the opportunity to meet and interact with major players, renowned researchers and NGO representatives who will be on hand to share their accomplishments, thoughts and ideas on environmental education.
Nightfall promises more exciting Congress experiences as the International Festival of Environmental continues! Be sure to join us at the Café Sarajevo and Bar populaire for this unique, entertaining and extraordinary event!
Don’t miss tonight’s one-of-a-kind Eco-Show, which gets under way at 7:30 p.m. at the Montréal Biodôme! Join the artisans of the Congress for this festive rendezvous at the crossroads of biodiversity, fantasy and eco-responsibility. Surprises, laughter and thrills are on the agenda for this nocturnal adventure as you experience An Evening Under the Moon.
