ONG Forum

This forum will allow non-profit organizations operating in the field of environmental education to showcase their programs, projects, productions and achievements. An area with a table will be made available to each NGO for a three-hour time block so that presenters may have the opportunity to meet and talk with Congress participants. All delegates will be encouraged to visit the information booths and interact with organization representatives. 

NGO Forum Schedule

Monday, May 11, 1:30 p.m.: Official opening of the NGO Forum in the presence of the participating NGOs.

Tuesday, May 12, 8:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 13, 8 :30 a.m.: NGOs will present their projects and achievements (in 3-hour blocks).

Wednesday, May 13, 1:30 p.m.: The NGO Forum wrap-up will take the form of round-table discussions.

How to become a participating player in the NGO Forum

This registration will entitle one of your members to represent your organization at all Congress activities (thematic niches, forums and symposiums, parallel activities, cocktail receptions) as well as to serve as one of the 180 participating players in the NGO Forum.

The NGO Forum is a platform for showcasing your organization and projects as well as for network-building with other organizations sharing similar goals on all continents.

Note : NGOs that have already paid their registration must fill out this form to participate in the NGO Forum. These organizations are not required to submit a second registration payment unless they wish to register an additional person to take part in the Congress activities.

Upon registration confirmation, you will receive a guide with instructions for setting up your information booth and preparing for your participation in the NGO Forum.
