An eco-responsible exhibition
It goes without saying that this Congress is an eco-responsible event. But the success of our strategy depends upon the cooperation of all participants, particularly of exhibitors. We therefore ask that you join in this collective endeavour by making a special effort to:
Avoid distributing paper: Why not bring along a few printed copies as samples and take note of the e-mail addresses of those delegates interested in receiving them in electronic version? A winning and ecological solution!
Avoid handing out gifts and give-aways: Did you know that for every kilo of consumer product made, manufacturers generate 5 kilos of waste?
Keep your surplus materials and reuse the packaging: A storage area will be made available to you for this purpose.
Use the recycling bins provided.
