Located downtown, each studio offers a double bed, a private bathroom (shower only), as well as a dining area (including small stove and refrigerator). Linen and towels are included; kitchen accessories, however, are not included. A café is available on the East Campus; the West Campus provides a coffee machine.
The residence is sensitive to environmental considerations. Local products are used as often as possible and surplus materials and food are redistributed to local charities. Guests can find recycling bins in their room and energy efficient light bulbs are used on the West Campus.

Employees are trained on current environmental considerations and recycling bins are available. The hotel is going through a restructuring process, and green issues are on the top of their list. They hope to be certified green in the very near future.
