Guiding principles of the 5th World Environmental Education Congress

The following guiding principles will underpin the planning, organization, presentation and evaluation of this Congress in a spirit of transparency and ethical responsibility.

1. Communication and awareness

Communicating these objectives and actions to all Congress stakeholders (organizers, collaborators, partners, suppliers, participants)
Encouraging the involvement of all players through innovative actions
Reporting on the progress of these stated principles and concrete actions

2. Ecological footprint

Limiting resource use and water and energy consumption
Reducing waste at source and ensuring ecological waste management
Limiting and off-setting greenhouse gases by targeting Zero-Carbon emissions
