Do you provide facilities for using our own laoptop or wireless Internet?There will not be electricity provided within the session rooms. A congress Hot Spot will be available where you will be able to use your own laptop running on battery.

Can you get me a translator?No, you would have to make your own arrangements.
Is the convention centre far from my hotel?All the hotels selected by the organizing committee are within a 15-minute walk from the Palais des congrès (Convention Center).

Where should I adressed myself in order to get an invitation letter?Please note that your registration needs to be paid in full in order to receive your invitation letter. Once your registration is completed and paid, you may send an email to the secretariat to request the letter, please indicate Invitation letter needed in the subject for a more efficiant response from the secretariat. The letter will be sent to you by email in a PDF format. If you need the original letter please request it and allow a delay of 4 weeks in order to receive your letter by regular mail only.
Do we need a visa to travel to Canada?Depending of your country of origin you may need one. Please visit this website to learn more about it.
If my Visa application is declined and I already paid my registration, can I get reimbursed?In the case of a refusal on behalf of a Canadian embassy, you must forward us a copy of the official letter of refusal accompanying your application for repayment. A potential refunding will be authorized after analysis of each case. Administration fees of $50 will apply.
