How can I register?You can only register via our website, you are just one click away from our online registration page.
Do you also have a paper form?As an Eco-Responsible congress we try avoid printed material, that is the reason why all the information along with the registration form is ONLY available online.
Do you have any printed material with more information on the congress that you can send me by mail?As an Eco-Responsible congress we try avoid printed material, that is the reason why all the information you may need is posted on our website. We are making sure to keep you informed of the latest modifications to better anser your needs.
What are the registration fees?Click here to see under which category you will register
What does the registration fee include?It includes the congress sessions, material, coffee breaks, Welcome Reception and access to exhibit and posters.
What is considered a student proof?Your school ID card with current year or official letterhead from supervisor like head department or director. You may send it either by fax (+1-514-287-1248) or by email.
Do you have a spouse/guest program? Or will there be social activities I can register for?Such a program is not offered, however registered participants will be able to buy extra tickets to Social Activities and Tours a few weeks before the congress. A registered participant will receive an email when this will become available.
Do presenters have to register?Yes, they need to register and pay for their registration fees. There is no special fees for this group of participants.
I lost my password to access my registration, how can I retrieve it?You can find your password in the confirmation letter that was sent to you by email.
Is it possible transfer my registration to another person?Yes, in all cases we need to receive it in writing and the email must be sent by the person who is no longer attending the congress. Please note that the entire registration will be transfered without possible modification. If you are a presentor, please mention it in your correspondence.
Do you offer any scholarships/bursary?Regrettably, budgetary constraints make it impossible for us to accommodate participants’ requests for financial assistance. We suggest that you try to find your own sponsors in your local surroundings. We suggest that you investigate these kinds of organization: Academic institution, NGO, Municipalities, Government, Minister, Deputy, Agency, Senator or private or pubic funds.
Can you modify the information on my statement to reflect my company's name?The information that will appear on the statement will be the same as the one to appear on your name badge for the Congress.
Do we get a participants list?Yes, a list of participants will be distributed to congress attendees and sponsors only if you did allow us to publish your name. Your autorization was requested on the registration form. The list will include your name, city and email address.
Do you need volunteers to work at the conference?We always need volunteers, please send us your name by emails and we will get back to you with more instructions. Please note that priority will be given to local volunteers.
Is it possible to register only for a day?Unfortunately, we do not offer advance registration by day
I get an error message when I register?Please send an email to the secretariat including your error message and we will get back to you within 72 hours.
Is it possible that I registered twice?It should not happen, unless you registered with a different first name and/or last name. If you have both your Registration number, please send them to us by email and we will make sure both file are merged together.
I get an error message telling me the link for my statement is not valid?We may encounter some problems due to hight volume of visitors on our website, we suggest you to come back later. In the meantime, please make sure you entred your email address and your password properly.
