If I pay by cheque, to whom should it be labelled to?5th World Environmental Education Congress
What types of payment are accepted?Credit card, cheque, bank drafts and bank tranfers
What credit cards do you accept?VISA, MasterCard and American Express
How can we get the bank transfer information?In order to get our bank information for your money transfer, you need to be registered and have completed the questions related to your bank (Issuing Bank Name & Issuing Bank Country and Swift code). However it is a lenghty an expensive process and we suggest you discuss with your bank the possibility of paying by bank drafts drawn in Canadian funds by a Canadian bank, it is less expensive for you and your payment will be received much quicker.
Can I pay my registration fee onsite?That can be possible upon special arrangements, but you will pay the late registration fees. We must be notified in advance. We invite you to look at the registration section of the website.
Can I change my payment if it is already made?No, once your payment is process we are not able to reverse it.
If you have not paid by February 27…If your payment is not fully received by this date, your registration fees will be adjusted according to the regular registration fees since the fees had to be paid upon registration. If you do not register and pay, your presentation cannot be confirmed in the programme.
Deadline to receive a payment by bank transferPlease note that you have until March 30, 2009 for us to receive your payment by bank transfer. If your payment is not received by this date, your registration will be cancelled.
