Who do I contact in the hotel if I need to change my hotel reservation?For any modifications to your hotel reservation, you simply have to go back on the website and access your hotel reservation with your acknowlodgement number. You have access to your reservation at anytime for all kind of modification.
I do not have a credit card to guarantee the room, can I pay with a cheque?Even if you wish to pay by cheque, we still need a credit card number in order to guarantee your reservation.
Can we have an extra bed added in our room? What would be the cost?While making your reservation, the fees will adjust depending on the number of person sharing the room. The fees are different from one hotel to another, so we are not able to let you know at this point, however it is usually betwwen 10$ and 25$ per night.
What are the hotel room rates?Please visit the section 'Registration and Housing' for all prices and inclusions
Does the rate include breakfast?Depending on the selected hotel it may include breakfast, we recommand you visit the section 'Registration and Housing' for all prices and inclusions.
What is the cost for triple occupancy and quad occupancy?While making your reservation, the fees will adjust depending on the number of person sharing the room. The fees are different from one hotel to another, so we are not able to give you the excat information.
Can we get a crib in our bedroom?In most of the hotel cribs are available. You can specify that need under the section 'Special Requests or needs' while making your reservation.
What is the check-in and check-out time for the hotel?The usual check-in time is 3:00pm and the check-out time is noon, however it could be different for each hotel. Please visit the hotel website.
Does my hotel have Internet connection?If you are not able to find the answer within our hotel description, we encourage you to visit the hotel website to find the answer.
Are there student residences where we can stay?Yes, click here and you will be able to view our hotel listing.
When will I get my confirmation number?Your hotel confirmation number will be sent a month prioir to your arrival. However, once your reservation is made, you will receive an acknowledgment number.
