Cancellation Policy

What is the cancellation policy?Cancellation of registration must be made in writing and received by the Secretariat before the dates below. Refunds will be made after the Congress.
- On or before March 15, 2009: Full refund less administrative fees of $50 CAD
- Between March 16, 2009 and April 15, 2009: 50% of registration fees will be reimbursed.
  All social program, educational visits and optional activities included.
- Cancellations received after April 15, 2009: No refund. All social programs, educational visits
  and optional activities included.

Is there a fee if I decide to cancel my registration?Yes, depending on when you cancel your registration these fees will apply:
